It seems to use a bully approach and I have done most things by email inorder to have a record. they don't want to offer the same quality don't even measure up and quote like with like. They quoted for wall tiles for example without even knowing the quality and size! I would he happy to publish my story and supply you with copies of the emails. As not even the complaints department have tried to make contact with me!
