I reported two Legal Expenses insurance frauds to Direct Line, instead of tackling them straight away Direct Line allowed them to progress only stopping the first when the fraudster, a solicitor submitted a claim for up to £50K.

The second fraud is ongoing at the time of writing this, despite my recent letter to CEO Chris Sullivan who still will not tackle it.

As a third party victim of these frauds I have no redress via any of the usual authorities, ABI, FSO, FSA, etc.

Direct Line states "Direct Line is committed to preventing and detecting fraud, and prosecuting those who perpetrate it.". Not in my experience.
