		<description>Nurses and midwives working for the NHS should not have to pay for their own insurance. If you are independent then you might expect to pay for PI. Working for a trust the trust should provide blanket cover for all workers.

Nurses and Midwives also do not get paid enough to cover this. Do Doctors salaries reflect this additional cost? Would the trusts add £500 a year plus to cover a yearly PI?</description>
