Legal & General Investment Management (Holdings) Limited (LGIM) has announced that it has appointed Kevin Carter as a non-executive director.
Carter joins the firm from JPMorgan Chase where he occupied the post of managing director within the EMEA Global Pensions Advisory.
Earlier in his career he spent a five year stint with Watson Wyatt, where he held a number of roles including head of Investment Consulting.
Prior to that he was chief executive officer of Old Mutual Asset Managers in London.
Peter Chambers, the chief executive of LGIM, has welcomed Carter’s appointment and praised his depth of experience and expertise.
Carter himself has expressed his delight at being hired by LGIM.
