XL Insurance appoint Global Programs director
Tony Cabot has been named by XL Insurance as the firm’s new Global Programs director.
He is a veteran of the firm, having worked there for the last decade, and brings a quarter of a century of industry experience to his new post.
Cabot has served as XL Insurance’s country manager for Italy, and will retain his present post as product development manager for Continental Europe and Asia.
In his new Zurich-based post, Cabot will cater to the needs of multinational clients by leading the unit responsible for provision of complex risk management/transfer needs across territories.
XL Insurance utilises its global network and Property, Casualty, Professional and Specialty lines underwriting expertise to handle over 1,000 global programs for some of the biggest firms across the globe.
XL Insurance’s CEO, David Duclos, has expressed his delight at Cabot’s appointment, and paid tribute to his management skills.
