Hiscox and Maserati team up
Specialist insurer Hiscox has teamed up with Maserati to offer exclusive motor insurance via Maserati Insurance Services.
Maserati drivers will now be able to take advantage of comprehensive and cutting-edge insurance tailored to their specific needs.
Benefits of the coverage include, in the event of theft, compensation for the cost of a personalised number plate (up to a set value), and no damage to their claims or premium when victimised by vandals.
Should the driver agree, any person over the age of 30 will be permitted to drive the vehicle with comprehensive coverage, and should a courtesy car be required, a Maserati or similar will be provided.
The alliance between car maker and insurer follows research commissioned by Hiscox in early February which revealed that luxury cars actually do get pulses racing.
The research showed that women were most interested by the roar of a Maserati, with three in five women stating they were less passionate about cars than men but women exceeding men in terms of actual driving excitement.
