QuestGates has announced the launch of Advantage, a new approach to major household losses.
One of Advantage’s main differences with the more traditional way of dealing with such losses is that it utilises an experienced adjusting and surveying team (i.e. it treats the losses as if they were commercial complex and major losses).
QuestGates does not handle low value claims, nor high volumes of claims, which puts it in the position of being able to afford a dedicated specialist service of technical expertise enabling the customer to enjoy a flexible and high quality solution for their household complex and major losses.
Insurers costs will be reduced by Advantage, which will also offer faster response times and early site attendance by all the relevant parties.
Advantage follows on the heels of the dedicated Third Party Property Damage (TPPD) service QuestGates launched at the end of last year.
The TPPD was established in order to provide a one-stop service of high quality to customers, with a fee scale contingent upon savings achieved to ensure value for money.
