Aon Global UK has announced the appointment of Fiona Davies as director responsible for managing relationships with multinationals and encouraging business growth.

Davies formerly worked as a global client advocate for Willis in London prior to joining Aon, and brings with her more than two decades of experience in the industry.

In her new post she will report directly to UK managing director Karl Hennessy, and will gain a seat on the Aon Global UK Board.

Hennessy has welcomed both her appointment and the experience Davies will bring to the team.

Her appointment follows the recent naming of Francois Choquette as the firm’s new Global Benefits Practice Leader for the Americas.

Like Davies, Choquette brings with him decades of experience in the sector, and is set to formally join the firm on 20 January.
