Heath Lambert joins forces with MedicAlert

Heath Lambert Group has joined forces with MedicAlert, the charity that provides an identification system for people with medical conditions, to launch a new range of insurance products.

From today, Heath Lambert’s Unique Insurance Services brand is offering travel, life, home, motor and pet insurance, plus pension annuities, to those with pre-existing conditions and allergies.

Quotes are available over the phone and the broker says there are no complex forms to fill in and no medical screening required.

Heath Lambert associate director, Di Caplehorn, explains that it can be difficult for people living with medical conditions to obtain insurance cover, adding that the partnership with MedicAlert will enable the firm to reach more people and provide cover that is tailor-made.

MedicAlert will benefit from a donation for every policy sold, which will be made at no additional cost to the policyholder.

London-based Heath Lambert continues its ambitious growth strategy, having last month created a Renewable Energy team within its retail division and recruited additional staff to its High Net Worth team.

Before the year was out, the company had also been reappointed as broker to Calthorpe Estates, the residential and commercial property investor with a £350 million investment portfolio.
