OurNetwork reaches 100 members inside 3 months
In August broker-owned insurance management firm Broker Direct launched OurNetwork, which has already achieved its 100th member.
The joining of Eric Rawlins & Co (a Stoke-based broker) means that in just three months OurNetwork has assembled a century of members.
Eric Rawlins’ MD, Phil Alcock, has stated that the firm is fiercely independent, and had previously resisted joining other networks but that OurNetwork supported its independent nature through allowing it freedom to run itself as the organisation saw fit.
OurNetwork’s MD, Paul M Brierley, has welcomed the 100th member to the network and expressed his own delight at the rapid success achieved by the still new network.
Brierley also revealed that the first member joined just 60 minutes after the network was first launched.
In addition to a rapidly growing membership base, insurers have been eager to join the panel, which now boasts the likes of AIG UK Ltd, Arista Insurance Ltd, DAS, Brit, Groupama, Markel, MMA Insurance, RSA, W. R. Berkley Insurance (Europe), Limited and Zurich Insurance.
Member brokers enjoy superior commission rates for products of partner insurers, as well as gaining access to a range of services such as HR consultancy and compliance support.
