Crawford & Company expands in Poland
US claims management specialist, Crawford & Company, has completed its acquisition of a majority stake in Polish firm, Claim Consulting Sp. z o. o.
Claim Consulting began trading 2004 and now employs around thirty staff across its five offices.
The company has been associated with Crawford since 2005, since when it has developed a full range of services to the insurance claims industry.
The firm will in future trade as “Claim Consulting, a Crawford company” and its existing management team will remain in place.
Crawford’s chief executive of EMEA & Asia Pacific, Ian V Muress, describes Poland as a key gateway to all of Eastern Europe and expects the group’s operations in the region to expand significantly in the next few years.
In the meantime, Claim Consulting will immediately benefit from access to the global resources and client base of Crawford.
Crawford & Company currently operates through a global network of over 700 locations across 63 countries.
