Countrywide appoints Insurer Relations director

Countrywide has announced the appointment of Tim Rogers as the new director of Insurer Relations in a bid to bolster the firm’s insurer partnerships.

Rogers was previously Broker Services manager, and led the Business Development Team. He has served with Countrywide for the last decade.

Last month the Countrywide Plus proposition was unveiled, and he will play a large role in its progress.

Leading the Business Development Team has given him an understanding of the level of customer service expected, as well as the type of offering they desire, according to Rogers.

The network membership, presently around 700, is expected to expand with the new proposition.

Almost two-thirds (65%) of those members have been with Countrywide for 10 years or more, a strong sign of the loyalty engendered by the network in its members.
