Michel Brunner has been appointed by Glacier Group to serve as chief administrative officer.
Brunner first joined the firm three years ago as legal counsel, and will occupy the newly created role with immediate effect.
He left behind a Zurich-based position with Walder Wyss & Partners, before which he was a legal counsel with GE Capital Europe.
He will be responsible for a wide range of areas, including human resources, legal & regulatory, IT and marketing & communications functions.
In addition he will supervise all other business support functions as the Group continues its drive for expansion of its global infrastructure.
As chief administrative officer Brunner will report directly to chief executive officer Robbie Klaus.
