Speciality units secure Quality Management certification

Specialty Group has announced that its Specialty Assist Limited and Specialty Claims Limited units have received ISO 9001 certification for Quality Management.
Specialty Assist manages the inpatient and outpatient care of ill or injured patients anywhere in the world and Specialty Claims offers a complete claims service to personal accident, travel and medical insurers.
The companies say their customers include a broad range of insurers, corporate organisations and travel companies worldwide.
The London-based group has recently completed a restructure and according to its chairman, Clive Saron, the process has focused on ensuring that the delivery of all its services is first class.
ISO 9001 is the standard against which the Quality Management System of a business is evaluated and the accolade is frequently sought by companies looking to maintain a competitive edge and increase market share.
