Steve Donovan has been appointed by Heath Lambert to the post of group marketing director.

Donovan has held a range of senior positions in the industry, and brings with him over two decades of experience.

During his career he has worked for firms such as BUPA, AXA and Sedgwick, acquiring experience in employee benefits, risk management and client development.

Mike Bruce, the group managing director for Heath Lambert, has stated that Donovan joins the firm at a very exciting time, following recent restructuring.

Donovan himself has expressed admiration for Heath Lambert’s determination and focus, coupled with its client-centred approach.
