Keoghs has expanded its disease team with the addition of new partner Peter Kenworthy.

Kenworthy is a disease specialist, who joins the firm from DWF, where he has spent the last decade.

He brings with him 15 years of experience dealing with disease claims, and other areas such as claims of public liability and multi-track employers.

Many of the claims he has dealt with are related to asbestos, as well as hand-arm vibration syndrome (HAVS) and work related upper limb disorders (WRULD).

In addition, Kenworthy has defended many claims, including some from alleged solvent exposure causing brain injury.

Keoghs’ disease team leader, Gary Fitzpatrick, has welcomed Kenworthy’s appointment and paid tribute to his wealth of experience.
