Endurance Specialty Holdings has announced a number of leadership appointments for its reinsurance business catering to non-US customers.
The firm’s Zurich office is bolstered with the addition of Laurent Beauregard, Patrizio Amedeo Cassinis and Tim Griffiths.
Griffiths assumes the role of senior underwriter, and joins the firm from Guy Carpenter, bringing with him decades of industry experience.
Both Beauregard and Cassinis are appointed senior account underwriters, with Beauregard primarily handling French speaking markets within Continental Europe and Cassinis focusing upon Southern European markets.
Beauregard leaves behind the whole of senior treaty underwriter with Converium, and has also served for several years with Aon.
Cassinis brings with him more than 20 years of underwriting experience, and also joins from Converium.
Two appointments strengthen the Singapore office, with new senior account underwriters Kevin Quek and Christian Ladoux.
Ladoux and Quek bring with them a collective total of almost 40 years experience.
Elsewhere the newly created post of senior reinsurance pricing actuary for Asia Pacific will be taken up by Pierre Balthazard.
Balthazard recently occupied a similar role with XL Re in Singapore, and brings over a decade of experience to the position.
Finally, Zurich will have Gareth Christopher transferred there to provide actuarial support for the underwriting team.
