Willis Group Holdings has announced the appointment of Keith Tracey as the chairman of the Global Professional Services Practice.
He brings more than two decades of industry experience with him, and earlier in his career worked for Marsh’s Accountants and Global Professions Practices as MD.
Tracey has also held similar positions with Aon and Minet, and has worked in the UK, US and Canada.
Tracey, who assumes his position with immediate effect, will be responsible to Roland Avery, chairman of FINEX (Willis’ Financial, Executive and Professional risks division), and to Joe Trotti, Global Specialties chief executive officer.
In his London-based role, Tracey will be tasked with the development and implementation of a strategy designed to deliver an expansion capabilities aimed at professional services firms, and, at the same time, providing globally co-ordinated services.
The Global Professional Services Practice will also have a strong emphasis on the role of innovation and high quality service delivery.
