Marketing and business development firm, Ignition NBS, has released an enhanced package of services designed to help brokers meet with the FSA’s Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) deadline.

Business marketing consultants will provide face-to-face advice as part of the package, with brokers able to keep their clients updated with important information through a range of online and newsletter tools.

Ignition has created a regularly updated online resource, specifically designed to provide in-depth information regarding customer needs.

The TCF deadline is 31 December, by which time brokers need to be able to demonstrate that the new guidelines are being met.

These emphasise the need for clear and regular information to be imparted to customers.

However, as many as 20% of businesses are expected to miss the deadline according to the FSA’s own progress report.
