Aon Global Insurance Management has announced the appointment of Alison Quinlivan as managing director of Americas captive business development team.

She joins Aon from Marsh, leaving behind her post as senior vice president and West Coast captive advisory consultant.

She brings with her 23 years of experience and has occupied a number of captive positions around the globe ranging from Bermuda to Honolulu.

Quinlivan will be responsible for leadership of a team dedicated to the provision of advice and services to firms interested in forming, expanding or viewing captives.

Aon presently serves some 1348 clients, across 29 domiciles.
