Gaynor Brough has been appointed by Aon Risk Services to serve as the firm’s new business development director.

She brings to the role more than two decades of industry experience, and joined Aon last year as an account manager.

Brough’s position is inside the captive team of Aon Global, which is based on the Isle of Man.

She will be responsible for managing the entire scope of business development, including the formulation of creative new business strategies and expanding existing accounts.

Aon’s director on the Isle of Man, Mike Henthorn, described the island’s captive market as burgeoning, adding that it required talents such as Brough’s to help grasp the opportunity presently available.
