Graham Dickinson, one of the UK’s top insurance lawyers, has moved his team to DWF in order to supervise the establishment of a new London office.
The new office is to be the first the firm opens outside of the North of England.
He leaves behind Davies Lavery, where he led the catastrophic injury team, to join DWF.
Dickinson brings more than a quarter of a century of experience in insurance law, and has spent more than a decade of his early career as senior partner at Rowley Dickinson.
He then spent 12 years as general insurance chief with Barlow Lyde and Gilbert, before moving on to Davies Lavery.
Dickinson is to be joined by a partner at the firm, Claire Bowler.
Bowler has spent four years of her career with Barlow Lyde and Gilbert working with Dickinson, in addition to positions with Beachcroft and, more latterly, Davies Lavery.
