Aon Risk Services has announced the appointment of Marguerite Soeteman-Reijnen to the post of managing director and head of broking excellence of Aon Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

She previously worked for Aon Capital Markets in EMEA, serving as managing director.

Broking excellence is one of the most important areas for Aon Risk Services, which was recently established as a global business.

In her new role, which is effective immediately, Soeteman-Reijnen will be tasked with the ongoing development of broking operations throughout the EMEA region.

In addition, she will be working to more closely align the services provided by Aon to the needs of its client base.

Aon’s global head of broking excellence, Michael Moran, has welcomed the appointment, praising Soeteman-Reijnen’s extensive experience.
