Jeff Colburn has been appointed by Marsh to serve as its head of risk consulting practice, to take the place of George Davies who has moved on to become leader of the risk management practice.

Colburn’s London-based role will make him directly responsible to Marsh UK’s chief executive officer, Martin South, as well as John Merkovsky, global head of risk consulting.

South has welcomed Colburn to his new position in London, describing him as an ideal appointment.

Colburn has expressed his delight at his appointment.
