Marsh has announced the appointment of George Davies to the position of risk management head for the UK.

Previously Davies held the role of risk consulting practice leader.

In his new post as risk management practice leader, he is to report directly to Artur Niemczewski, Marsh UK’s chief executive of Multinational.

Niemczewski has welcomed Davies’ appointment, praising his experience and stating that his presence will enhance the firm’s chances of exploiting opportunities in the risk management field.

Davies himself has referred to the innovative approach desired by Marsh’s customers and stated that the firm is working alongside its clientele to ensure that the best possible solutions for risk management are found.
