Andrew Clayton has been named by Allianz Commercial as the firm’s new operations director.

The entirety of the operations conducted by the commercial division will become Clayton’s responsibility.

He joins the firm from Allianz SE in Munich, and will report directly to Chris Hanks, general manager.

In his previous job, he was tasked with leading Allianz SE’s global customer focus programme.

Clayton has expressed his delight to be appointed to his new post, and has praised both the firm’s track record and its customer service.
