Groupama Insurances has announced the appointment of Mark Dickinson as the firm’s new human resources business partner.

Dickinson is tasked with ensuring that the strategies of people and business align, and thus make certain that the firm has a good environment to work in.

He brings 8 years of experience in the field of human resources to his new role.

Dickinson has served with Ford Retail, offering advice on employment law to a network of 42 Ford dealerships throughout the country.

He is appointed shortly after Groupama achieved an enhanced Investors In People (IIP) accreditation, with the firm being praised for its commitment to employee engagement.

Paul Picknett, Corporate Services director, explained that Dickinson had been appointed because his knowledge of the area would complement the firm’s own vision of good employee relations.
