Insurance law firm Davies Lavery has promoted Nick Rouse to the position of partner.
Rouse first joined the firm nine years ago, and, working in the London office, collaborated closely with partners Trevor Davies and Philip West.
In his new post Rouse will work within the Insurance/Reinsurance and Property Insurance teams.
He is a specialist in settling large insurance disputes, notably achieving a victory for insurers against Tesco around the Gerrards Cross Tunnel collapse, and the public liability cover dispute.
Rouse has been described by West as an integral and longstanding member of the firm.
West went on to say that his promotion is a reflection of the commitment he shows to the business and clientele, in addition to his technical expertise.
