A trio of senior appointments has been announced by Willis Group Holdings.

The firm’s global specialties division will be bolstered by the addition of Keith Anderson’s appointment to the post of chief financial officer, Nick Dunlop, who will serve as sales director, and new marketing director Giles Wilkinson.

Anderson joins the firm to assume the appointment, and brings with him over two decades of industry experience.

He has previously served as chief financial officer for divisions within Aon UK and has held numerous other senior positions in the sector.

Anderson succeeds outgoing financial officer Martin Whaley, who is take up the role of chief financial officer at the firm’s Milan office.

Dunlop has been with Willis for over a quarter of a century, and is also a member of the Non-Marine Executive of the London Market Insurance Brokers’ Committee.

Wilkinson has served with the firm for more than three decades, and has in-depth knowledge of the aviation market.

He will retain his post of client advocate, responsible for handling Japanese aviation clientele.

Global Specialities CEO, Joe Trotti, has expressed his delight at the trio of appointments, and welcomed them to their new roles.
