Yesterday Folks Re Solutions announced that John D. Liberator is to leave the post of president and will be replaced by Neal Wasserman.

Liberator will remain with the firm in an advisory capacity.

Wasserman is promoted from his position as senior vice president of the firm, which is a part of White Mountains Re.

He brings with him over ten years of experience, and helped Liberator create Folks Re in 2000.

The president and chief executive officer of White Mountains Re, Allan Waters, praised Liberator’s performance as president.

Waters went on to say that the guidance Wasserman received from Liberator makes him the ideal candidate to succeed to the post of president.
