LoriAnn Lowery has been named by Lloyd’s as the firm’s new president in North America.

She brings with her decades of industry experience, and has worked for Marsh & McLennan, Sedgwick and Wells Fargo Insurance Services.

In her new position Lowery will be tasked with overall responsibility for business operations throughout the US and Canada.

She will assume the role on 27 April, and report directly to Sue Langley, director of North America and market operations.

Langley has expressed her delight at Lowery’s appointment, and praised her knowledge and skills.
