Heath Lambert and Ai Claims offer integrated car insurance
Heath Lambert Group has formed a partnership with Ai Claims Solutions in order to provide fleet managers with a fully integrated motor accident management service.
The move is designed to bolster speed and efficiency of the claims process, including the usage of a 24/7 Driver Care Centre.
In situations where the claimant is entirely free of fault, Heath Lambert is to arrange repairs through its approved repairer network and will, where applicable, provide a similar replacement vehicle.
Costs associated with repairs and vehicle replacement will either be underwritten by Heath Lambert or recovered from the responsible party.
The repair network has 160 locations, and the firm offers coverage across the UK.
In addition, a three year guarantee on repairs is offered, with repairs available from everything from a motorbike to a heavy good vehicles.
Heath Lambert will give the client all relevant reports they require, customising the service and easing the client’s paperwork.
In addition the reports will also be made available online, improving convenience for the customer.
