QuestGates is bolstering its presence in the south with a brace of senior managerial appointments.
Mike Farley and Simon Jones, who leave behind Cunningham Lindsey and Carmichaels respectively, join the firm as senior managers based in London.
Farley will join the firm from 1 May. He will be tasked with the creation and development of a property investors division.
He brings with him over two decades of industry experience, and leaves behind Cunningham Lindsey where he served as the head of the firm’s property owners unit.
On 14 April Jones joins QuestGates and will be charged with fostering the firm’s business with the Lloyd’s and London markets.
Jones has worked in the industry for over a decade, and served as operations director of Carmichaels.
QuestGates is to move its London office to a more expansive location on Fenchurch Avenue.
Chris Hall, the firm’s managing director, has welcomed the two new appointments, and praised Farley and Jones’ expertise and commitment.
