Lusk resigns from Alea

Alea’s chief operating officer and group chief financial officer, Kirk Lusk, has resigned.

He will be succeeded by Carl Speck.

Lusk also held the post of director of the firm, and has resigned from all positions with Alea, effective from today, the firm revealed in a statement to the London Stock exchange.

Speck, who presently holds the role of deputy group chief financial officer, has assumed the post of acting group chief financial officer with immediate effect.
