Liberty International Underwriters bolsters casualty unit

Liberty International Underwriters has bolstered its casualty unit with the appointment of Sally Newby as assistant vice president of excess casualty.

Newby leaves behind Marsh, where she held the post of US casualty vice president, responsible for the broking of liability business into the London Market.

In her new position Newby will be tasked with focusing upon the London Market.

Sean Rocks, the chief executive officer of Liberty International Underwriters, has welcomed Newby’s appointment, praising the experience she brings to the role and adding that her presence emphasises the firm’s commitment to provide top flight service to its clientele.
