Direct Line unveils insurance to protect small businesses

A new range of business insurance products has been unveiled by Direct Line.

The new range is designed to cater to small businesses, and provide them with comprehensive coverage.

Small businesses can be more vulnerable than their larger counterparts, as a single unfortunate incident such as fire can cause damage to the entire firm.

With the release of the new products, Direct Line offers Commercial Insurance and Shop Insurance.

Commercial Insurance covers buildings and equipment, in addition to public liability, and any losses from rent.

Shop Insurance has been created to cover personal accidents, and perishable goods.

The firm also offer Tradesmen Insurance to guard against loss of earnings, employer/public liability and to cover tools.

Residential Insurance protects against loss of rent or contents for landlords.

A range of optional extras are available for each branch of insurance, and a phoneline is open 24 hours a day to deal with any questions or issues that arise.
