QuestGates make numerous personnel changes

QuestGates has made a plethora of personnel changes, to take into account its increasing business volumes.

The firm has promoted Adrian Bowness to the position of associate director.

Phil Harrison and Tony Ryan have been named as managers of service delivery and quality assurance respectively.

Justin Ingram leaves behind MYI to bolster the property loss adjusting team, and Claire English strengthens the property claims management unit.

English brings with her 15 years of experience in the industry, the last decade of which she spent with Davies.

Andy Williams joins from Cunningham Lindsey to join the liability division.

Elsewhere, Andrew McCann and Chris Harding have been granted permission to train as liability adjusters. At present both men are senior claims handlers, stationed at Bolton and Birmingham respectively.

Greg Laker, the firm’s service delivery director, explained that as the firm continued to develop and progress resources need to be managed so that they continue to match business volume.

Laker went on to say that a key part of delivery is staff retention, and that QuestGates seeks to foster ambition amongst those suitable for advancement.
