Liability Services opens Leeds office
Liability Services, the specialist liability division of Cunningham Lindsey, is opening an office in Leeds.
The new team will be headed by Bob Allen, who recently joined the business from Garwyn.
It will focusing on employers’ liability and public liability claims for a range of clients including insurers, corporate bodies, local authorities and utility companies.
The Leeds office will have strong links with Liability’s established centre in Bristol, which is under the overall management of George Mercer.
Mark Gilbert, head of liability services at Cunningham Lindsey UK, said: “We have seen significant growth in desk-managed liability work over the last year and we have expanded our services to meet this demand from our clients.”
Adding: “This proactive response also provides a platform that will allow us to scale-up for any future increase in requirements that may result from the Civil Justice Reforms.”
