Absolute makes a quartet of appointments

Absolute CM has made a quartert of appointments to meet demand for its services as a specialist provider of outsourced fraud management solutions.

The four new employees, Melanie Patterson, Mark Skerrett, Claire Peed and David Fowley, bring with them almost four decades of experience.

All four join the firm from Conversant Data, where they held positions as fraud investigators.

Patterson has been appointed as team leader of the fraud investigationt eam, with the remaining trio hired as case managers.

They will be tasked with utilising cognitive interviewing techniques and forensic methods to contest fraud.

Patterson has expressed the quartet’s desire to excel, and has praised the systems set up by Absolute.
