Marsh has appointed two new consultants to its global risk practice in an effort to bolster its product risk expertise for the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) region.

Both Tracey Bensted and Hester Shaw will be London-based for their new positions.

Bensted leaves behind the Body Shop, where she held the position of head of quality in the health and beauty division.

Shaw was with Unilever before joining Marsh, holding the post of innovation product manager for the New Vitality Platforms division.

They will be tasked with offering consultations to manufacturing clients with concerns regarding recall, tampering, contamination of products, or any similar issues.

Marsh’s head of EMEA product risk practice, Jeremy Moore, has welcomed the two new members of his team, praising their broad experience within the sector.
