Paul Welling has been appointed by Jardine Lloyd Thompson Limited to chair the firm’s real estate team.

Wellings brings with him close to three decades of industry experience during which time he has occupied a range of senior positions.

He joins JLT from Heath Lambert, where he chaired its real estate team.

The firm’s chief executive, Martin Hiller, has praised Welling’s acknowledged leadership skills and experience.

Hiller went on to say that he believed the firm now possessed all the personnel and talent required to expand in the real estate sector.
