Sharlie Bird has been named by Heath Lambert as the firm’s head of office for Reading and Southampton.

She joined the firm 2 years ago, leaving behind a post as client management director for the South West region with Aon.

The appointment has been made in an effort to help bolster the firm’s plans to continue expanding its operations in the South.

The Reading and Southampton have been open for 3 and 2 years, respectively, and as of last year had seen their business rise by 30%.

Bird has expressed her delight at the appointment, stating she is looking forward to helping drive forward business development in the South.

She went on to praise her colleagues, and said that she was pride to be working alongside them.

Heath Lambert has also appointed a pair of business development executives: Sean O’Brien and Tony Barber.

Both men will be tasked with supporting Bird in her new position.
