Cunningham Lindsey UK has named a new member of its board.

Stephen Raine joins, as the new London Market director.

Raine will carry out his work from the firm’s recently acquired Fenchuch Street offices.

His main task is to devise new innovative strategies to continue the firm’s recent expansion in the London Market area.

In addition to that duty, Raine will also be charged with collaborating closely with other parts of the firm, particularly the construction and international teams, to exploit the full potential of multi-national opportunities.

Cunningham Lindsey UK’s chief executive, Phil McNeilage, has expressed his delight at Raine’s acceptance of a place on the board.

McNeilage went on to describe the London Market as a key area for growth, and said that he was sure that Raine would make a strong impact in his new role.
