Heath Lambert has appointed Tom Hayes as head of office for its Manchester branch, effective from 1 February.

His soon-to-be predecessor David Rudman will thus be able to focus his energies on retaining and expanding major client relationships.

Other appointments include Mark Mansfield, who leaves behind Marsh to take up a post as business development executive.

In his new position Mansfield will have responsibility for increasing the firm’s north west market reach and developing business opportunities.

Mansfield has expressed his delight to be joining the firm, stating his fervent belief that over the course of the year its Manchester presence will be increased.

Chris Barnett from DTE Risk will assume the role of operations manager, responsible for leading the internal client service team.
