Cullum Capital Ventures has announced five new appointments from the Erinaceous Homelet sales team.

Sales positions have been taken up by Dave Wilson, John Chandler, Mitch Thomson, Tony Preece and Rob Battersea, who will work in MARAS, part of Cullum Capital Ventures.

Erinaceous Letsure’s former head of trading, Ian Sharpe, will join them.

The new sales personnel will report to Wayne Tonge, Sales Director.

Tonge recently parted ways with Erinaceous, and in his new psot has responsibility for managing client relationships and fostering new business.

Tonge said he was delighted to be joined by individuals with extensive experience of the industry.

Tim Johnson, chief executive, said that the new appointments emphasised the firm’s commitment to the sector.
