Lambert has over 15 years of experience in the industry, and leaves behind a post as managing director of Aon’s Global and UK Financial Institutions Industry Practices.

He has said he looks forward to working with new clients alongside his colleagues to create the best possible solutions for each individual need.

Marsh’s Mark Pollard explained that in the modern era it is essential to provide services and products of top quality that are tailored to each specific need.
