COBRA Underwriting Agencies has announced four new senior appointments.

New managers are appointed for sales and underwriting, and the board’s strength is increase by two.

Sandra Chapman has been promoted to the post of underwriting manager.

Chapman joined the firm in 2006, leaving behind AXA Insurance where she was employed in a number of roles.

She takes the place of Frank Such, who has been named underwriting director and as such joins the board.

Such has been described by the firm as a major factor in its achievements, and has over three decades of experience in the industry.

Graham Ringer takes over the post of sales manager. He leaves behind NIG, where he has served for almost two decades.

David Drew joins the board as non-executive director.

He retired two years ago, before which he held a number of senior positions in the industry and launched the commercial division of Folgate Insurance.
