Simon Millar has been named as the new director of the real estate and construction division at Lockton.

Millar leaves behind Erinaceous where he served as business development director for the subsidiary firm Cadogan Keelan Westall.

In his new position he will be responsible for fostering strong client relationships and developing new business, in addition to the development and management of a regional sales force and UK property investors who have property both domestically and abroad.

Richard Owen, the real estate and construction division CEO, has expressed his delight at Millar’s appointment.

Owen went on to praise Millar’s knowledge and experience, adding that he would be a strong addition to an already successful team.

Millar has said he is looking forward to working with a successful team.
