Fine art manager appointed by Ecclesiastical

Clare Pardy has been appointed as Fine Art Underwriting Manager by Ecclesiastical.

Pardy leaves behind XL Insurance where she was responsible as an underwriter for global marketing, sponsorship, fine art PR and the UK retail account.

Pardy brings with her a great deal of experience, having worked in the fine art sector for more than 25 years. She is an art historian and a fellow of the RICS

Earlier in her career she spent 23 years with AXA Art, during which time she was appointed as development director.

The heritage market will be one area of focus for Pardy in her new job, where she will be tasked with enhancing the firm’s presence.

Chris Lees, chief underwriting manager of Ecclesiastical, welcomed Pardy to the firm and praised her extensive experience in the area.
