After more than a decade and a half, John Spencer has resigned from his position as Group CEO of BMS Associates Ltd, it has been announced.

Under Spencer’s leadership the firm underwent restructuring to permit swift development of the Reinsurance, Program and Specialist Insurance units in the future.

Spencer has stated he is eager to face new challenges after his time as CEO.

The Group Chairman, Alexander Johnston, has thanked Spencer for the significant role he has played in the firm’s development.
